* By filling out this form, I hereby grant ACM 2026 organizers permission to publicly publish my abstract in the Abstract Book of the ACM 2026 meeting, held from 6 to 10 July 2026 in Poznań, Poland. The abstract will also be made publicly accessible on the ACM 2026 conference website (acm2026.eu) and included in post-conference materials. This authorization is granted without payment or other consideration.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge ACM 2026 organizers from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I have read and understand the above release and I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age.

By filling out this form, I hereby grant ACM 2026 organizers permission to publicly publish slides from my presentation, poster displays, and/or video recordings of my talk held at the ACM 2026 meeting from 6 to 10 July 2026 in Poznań, Poland, without payment or other consideration, as follows:

• Slides from my presentation and poster displays will be made accessible from the ACM 2026 conference website (acm2026.eu) and stored on a dedicated storage service (such as Dropbox or Google Drive or other).
• ACM 2026 organizers are authorized to edit, alter, and copy video recordings of my talk and to publish them on the organizers’ websites.
• I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my slides, poster displays, and/or video recordings.
