The event will take place at the Center for Innovative Education of Poznan University of Technology, a modern educational facility located on the Warta river campus (Campus Piotrowo). The building houses large lecture halls (including a main auditorium - Aula Magna - with a capacity of up to 650 participants), and numerous laboratories.

One of its key strengths is its convenient location on the central university campus, close to Poznań’s city centre and with easy access to public transport. The venue is situated near major road connections and is well linked to the main railway station and Poznań-Ławica Airport.
