Presentation Guidelines

 

Oral Presentations

  • All oral presenters are required to attend the conference in person.
  • Remote presentations are not supported.
  • Presentations should be prepared in PDF or PPT format, uploaded to DropBox according to the instructions that will be provided before the conference and should not exceed 30MB.
  • All presentations will be shared from the session room at the venue, own laptops will not be supported
  • The recommended slide size is 16:9 (widescreen format), as this is the standard for most conference projectors in Poland.
  • All presentations should be prepared with accessibility in mind to support participants with visual or hearing impairments. Use high-contrast colours, large readable fonts, minimal text, add alt-text for images/graphs, provide captions/subtitles for videos, and share materials in screen-reader-friendly formats.


Poster Presentations

  • Posters should be at most in the A0 format (841 mm × 1189 mm, portrait orientation). Poster boards are made from cork and their size is 980 mm x 1220 mm.
  • Posters can remain on display from the first to the last day of the conference.
  • Authors will be assigned specific locations for their posters
  • Authors will be assigned specific sessions to stand by their posters for discussions with attendees.
  • e-posters are not supported
