The Asteroids Comets Meteors Conference is an event designed to foster open dialogue and the free exchange of scientific ideas and results among researchers. All professional interactions during the conference - whether in person or virtual - should be conducted with courtesy, respect, and consideration. This includes interactions with other attendees, exhibitors, and all administrative, technical, and support staff.

The ACM 2026 conference has adopted the Europlanet Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct applies to all conference-related activities, including virtual sessions, in-person events, networking platforms, and any form of communication associated with the conference. All attendees are expected to contribute to a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.
